Q- What is the appropriate attire for the New Year’s Eve Party?
A - You can wear whatever you are comfortable in to dance the night away. Most guests choose to
dress up and  arrive in New Year’s Eve Dressy Attire. Ripped or torn clothing
is not acceptable and access to the event will be denied.

Q- When can I expect the tickets to be available to pick up or arrive in the mail?
A- Tickets will be available to be picked up at the Concierge Desk inside the
Hilton beginning December 15, 2017 between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday.   
​If you have elected to have tickets mailed (at additional cost), they will be mailed 
​two weeks prior to December 31, 2017 .  All tickets purchased after Dec. 24th will
​only be available to be picked up at Will Call at the hotel, either in advance or the
night of the party between 9am-4pm Monday-Friday.  Tickets may be picked up on
​December 31st between the hours of 9am-8:00pm.

Q - Is parking free?
A - The hotel has complimentary surface-level and underground parking. Valet
parking will incur a charge of $9 for the evening/event.

Q - Is the event 100% open seating or can I reserve a table?
A - Reserved tables of 10 are available and can be reserved as one reservation. 
Pre-payment for all 10 tickets is required to confirm a reserved table.

Q - What do we need to bring to gain entrance into the event?

A - All guests are REQUIRED to bring a valid photo ID.  If you elected to
have your tickets mailed to you, you must present your tickets to enter the
​event.  If you are picking up your tickets upon arrival, please proceed to the
​Concierge Desk in the Hotel lobby with your ticket confirmation and photo ID.

Q - Are there any age restrictions?
A - All guests must be 21 or over and a valid photo ID will be required to gain
​access to the event.

Q - What's on the Menu for the Ballroom Gala?
A -  Carving Station, Sushi Station, International Cheese Display with Fruit &
Crackers, Assorted Hot & Cold Hors D'Oeuvres, Assorted Desserts and Mini-pastries.

Q - Do you have to purchase a package to schedule an appointment in Aura Spa &
A - Aura Spa & Salon is open to hotel guests and non-hotel guests alike, so 
anyone can make an appointment to get "party ready" with any of our amazing
​services.  Any​one that has purchased a ticket for the Gala will receive a 10%
​discount in Aura Spa & Salon - please make your reservations early as space is
​limited and mention that you are a Gala ticket holder when scheduling your
​appointment.  Then simply show your party ticket confirmation when you
​check in at Aura Spa and Salon to receive your 10% discount.
